Usually we can ship most orders within 5-7 days, Contact us for special arrangements and large order quotes.
The large "Raised Relief Globes" can be delayed for delivery at certain times. (check product link for availability) Shipping rates are calculated at 8.75% of the selling price of individual products for all order in the USA. With a minimum of $8.95 shipping rate for any order processed under $100.00. Some exceptions for freight charges will apply for Alaska & Hawaii orders. For larger orders, please contact our office for freight quotes.
For shipments outside of the USA, these shipping rate do not apply. All of these orders have to be handled manuelly from our office. Contact our office for the best freight rate possible we can find.
All products on this website have a 30 day money back guarentee. If you are disatsified for any reason, just ship it back to our office with our return authorization for a full product refund. Product has to be in the original carton, refund will be given upon receipt of return. Call or email for return authorization number.
Obvious Damage or Shortage Shortages or damages noticed at the time of delivery should be noted on the bill of lading or receipt and signed by the delivery driver. If the obvious damage of the delivery seems to be heavy, refuse it immediately and call us.
Concealed Damage If concealed damage is found, please contact the carrier within 48 hours and ask for inspection by the carrier´s agent within 10 days of the delivery date. A claim can then be filed with the carrier. Please keep all packaging material as it may be needed as an evidence. Map is different from what you expected A map delivered to you, maybe different from what you expected. In that case, you can send the map back to us and receive a refund or replacement. Returned maps must be in a original and 100 % re-sellable condition and must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. We will gladly refund the costs of the products returned, but we are unable to refund shipping costs. Incorrect shipments (items or quantities) If you receive a shipment that contains incorrect items or quantity of items, you will receive full credit. Please contact our Service Hotline or send us an email to arrange the credit or to get a Return Authorization Number.
