	By silk-screening procedure the vinyl sheets are printed with 10 colours, these colours are fast to light and retain their intensity.
The lay-out for the relief maps are printed distorted so that by the thermo plastic moulding process the superelevation of the relief is accounted for.
With the special pressurized moulding machine the thermo plastic moulding process is carried out.
	After the thermo plastic moulding process, wooden rods are attached to the maps passed by quality control and then packed.
