Usually we can ship most orders within 2-3 days, sometimes the next day.

Shipping rates are calculated at 10% of the selling price of individual products for all order in the USA. With a minimum of $9.95 shipping rate for any order processed under $100.00. Some exceptions for freight charges will apply for Alaska & Hawaii orders. For larger orders, please contact our office for freight quotes.

For shipments outside of the USA, our website shipping rates do not apply. All of these orders have to be handled manually from our office.  Your orders will only be processed in the Purchase Order option, which allows you to place an order for record keeping and it will be transmitted to our office.  We will then contact you to make arrangements for the freight charges and how to pay your order.

All products on this website have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, just ship it back to our office with our return authorization for a full product refund. Product has to be in the original carton, refund will be given upon receipt of return. Call or email for return authorization number.  Shipping charges will not be returned.

Obvious Damage or Shortage
Shortages or damages noticed at the time of delivery should be noted on the bill of lading or receipt and signed by the delivery driver. If there is obvious damage of the delivery, refuse it immediately and call us.

Concealed Damage
If concealed damage is found, please contact the carrier within 48 hours and ask for inspection by the carrier
